Who I am
Hi. I'm Belinda. I'm a Wisdom Life Coach at Soul Organizer.
Here's a little bit about my Hero's Journey that led me down this path. After losing my 10 year-old daughter Aria to leukemia in 2004, I was completely devastated. I questioned everything in my life, including why I was on earth. I was determined to find my next chapter of meaning. During many years of grieving, I fell into some work as a Professional Organizer in homes and eventually started my own organizing company called Soul Organizer. I was able to witness the struggles that people had with their organization and lifestyle and how these struggles came from internal chaos. I realized that my calling was to help them "organize" their inner world so they could make better choices in their outer world. That led me to pursue Life Coaching so I could do this internal soul work exclusively. I got my certification through Refuah Institute in Israel and studied for many years with Rabbi Mordecai Finley who teaches Spiritual Formation and Moral Psychology at his Wisdom Institute in Los Angeles. I also produce and host a monthly podcast called "The Moment When..." where I share the Heroic Journeys of some amazing people. (check it out) Things I love: coaching, deep conversations, inspiration, learning, spirituality, chardonnay, exercise, traveling adventures, singing background vocals, my friends & family, my son Jordan, his girlfriend Dani, their dog Charlie, my angel daughter Aria, and last and best, my amazing and profoundly deep husband Jeff. ________________________________ What I doI primarily help Mid-Life Empty-Nester Women (and some men) who feel Lost in Transition, to discover their next purposeful chapter.
